Planning application ref no: 18/00723/OUT
Resubmission of application from December 2016 (16/02295/OUT)
Dear All
The landowner has resubmitted a planning application to build 51 houses on the lovely green fields/land between Lakeview Close and Riverside Walk thus destroying the natural boundary to the village. We were successful in submitting over 300 objections to the original application which was refused by PCC in May 2017.
Unfortunately we need to resubmit all our objections again with the new ref no: 18/00723/OUT.
This site will impact on all residents: excessive vehicle access, construction vehicles, drainage issues, potential access road from Riverside walk and obvious visual and environmental impact for the immediate vicinity and beyond.
The landowner has resubmitted this planning application, ahead of the Plymouth Joint Plan being officially adopted by Plymouth City Council and during the busy period of the local elections which may distract people from commenting - please do not let this happen!
PLEASE comment on the Plymouth city Council webpage ASAP – select comment and then the object button - and by the 29th May 2018 by quoting the above reference number or in writing to Strategic Planning and Infrastructure, PCC, Floor 2, Ballard House, West Hoe Rd, Plymouth, PL1 3BJ https://planning.plymouth.gov.uk/online-applications/search.do?action=simple&searchType=Application
Also please share this with your friends and family, asking them to comment on the planning permission, they do not have to live in Plymouth but do require a UK address!
It is essential that people object on this application– Save our Greenspaces!!!!!
Thank you
